Right to Cancel an Order Subject to applicable law, a customer may cancel a distance-sale transaction for a physical product within 14 days from the date the product was received or from the date the customer received the transaction details/document required by law, whichever is later. Customers who are persons with disabilities, senior citizens aged 65 or older, or new immigrants may be entitled under Israeli law to an extended cancellation period of up to four months, subject to the conditions prescribed by law, including where the transaction involved communication between the customer and the business. ## 2. Returns If you wish to return a product, please contact MrShoko before sending the product. **Do not send a return to the address shown on the original package without first contacting us.** MrShoko operates using a fulfillment/dropshipping model, and the appropriate return destination may vary depending on the specific order and fulfillment location. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions and, where applicable, the return address for your order. Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning a product when the cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, incorrect product, or failure to deliver as agreed.

Please provide your order number and, where reasonably possible, photographs or other information showing the issue. Cancellation Fees Where a customer cancels a transaction for reasons other than a defect, non-conformity, failure to supply the product on time, or another reason for which the business is responsible, MrShoko may charge a cancellation fee as permitted by Israeli law. The cancellation fee will not exceed **5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower**, where such a fee is permitted by law.
## 5. Refunds Where a customer is legally entitled to a refund following cancellation, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection law. The refund will generally be made using the original payment method, where possible. Where required by law, the refund will be provided within 14 days from the date MrShoko receives the cancellation notice.
## 6. Product Condition Customers are requested to return products with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging supplied with the product, where reasonably possible. Use of the product, damage to the product, or a material deterioration in its condition may affect the parties' rights and obligations in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory cancellation or refund right granted to a consumer under Israeli law.
